If you feel that the service you have received from us has not met your expectations, please tell us as soon as possible so we can look into it and put things right.

How We Handle Your Complaint

  • We will acknowledge your complaint within 5 working days.

  • We aim to provide a final response within 8 weeks.

  • If you are unhappy with our final response, or if 8 weeks pass without resolution, you have the right to refer your complaint to the Financial Ombudsman Service.

  • Your data will be processed in line with our Privacy Notice.
